Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Lesley Ann Brandt, born 2nd December 1981, is a model and actor that has been a part of a number of TV series as well as films. Her acting career began through the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her next role playing Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared in various TV shows in the past decade. These include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Since 2016 Brandt is playing the character of Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy show Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt has a family in Cape Town South Africa. As she was in her teens, she relocated from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her siblings and mother. Brandt started her modelling career through ads and commercials. In the years before she was a model with a protracted career, Brandt was a saleswoman working in retail and an IT recruitment consultant. Her first starring part in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the character of Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021, she starred in Spartacus Blood and Sand as the young slave girl Naevia. In the mini-series Spartacus Gods of the Arena, she reprised the role Naevia. Craig Parker co-starred in three TV series: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (1010) and Legend of the Seeker 2008 with her. In 2016 she started playing an elusive demon called Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful series Lucifer. This is her largest role to date. She co-stars in the show with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro, and D. B. Woodside.
